How the Training Program is Structured
ITSM Job Simulation
We start with ITSM job simulation to give participants a comprehensive understanding of IT operations. This includes learning about Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ticketing systems, incident management, and troubleshooting processes. This foundation helps participants grasp the responsibilities of IT support roles, ensuring they’re ready for real-world challenges from day one.
Learn Microsoft Azure Active Directory
Mastering Active Directory is crucial for managing IT environments. Participants will learn user account management, permissions, and directory services, equipping them with essential skills for supporting enterprise networks. This knowledge is indispensable for securing and organizing IT infrastructures.
CompTIA A+ Virtual Instructor-Led Training
The training is split into Core 1 and Core 2 modules, delivered through engaging virtual instructor-led sessions. Core 1 focuses on hardware, networking, and troubleshooting, while Core 2 emphasizes operating systems, security, and operational procedures. These sessions prepare participants to pass their certification exams and excel in IT support roles.
Corporate Ready Training
Beyond technical skills, participants will learn workplace professionalism, communication, and collaboration strategies. Starting in Week 4, we work closely with individuals to refine their resumes, conduct mock interviews, and connect them with employer partners. This holistic approach ensures job placement success and smooth entry into the workforce.
